The public offering covered 1.4 million series C ordinary bearer shares split into two tranches: Institutional Tranche covering 0.9 million shares and Retail Tranche covering 0.5 million shares. The Issuer could transfer shares between the tranches should one tranche be oversubscribed while not all shares offered in the other tranche would not have been correctly subscribed and paid for. The minimum number of shares to be subscribed for in the Retail Tranche was 10 shares.
The issue price of the series C shares was determined by the Issuer’s Management Board at PLN 11.50 on the basis of a recommendation of the Lead Manager subject to the results of the book building process.
The subscriptions within the public offering were received at the Customer Service Outlets of Dom Maklerski AmerBrokers S.A. and in the branches of Dom Maklerski ING Securities, Dom Maklerski BOŚ, Dom Maklerski UniCredit CAiB Poland, Dom Maklerski KBC Securities, Dom Maklerski Noble Securities, Dom Maklerski Pekao, Dom Maklerski IDM, Dom Maklerski Bank DnB Nord Poland, Centralny Dom Maklerski Pekao, Dom Maklerski Millennium. The PDAs (allotment certificates) were introduced to trading on 18 May 2011.
